Helping families raise securely attached kids: informed by science, rooted in connection.
Welcome. I’m a science-based parenting expert who specialises in connection between parents and their young children and infants. I’ve researched the science of child development to PhD level. I’m on a mission to cut through the noise and share the learnings that work.
I offer a warm, supportive and judgement-free space, working with you to nurture the parent-child bond in the ways that work best for your family.
I have nearly completed my PhD at the Institute of Science of Early Years & Youth, specialising in attachment and regulation, and am trauma-informed. Check out my About Me page for more information.
I believe parenting support is something we can give to ourselves and our children.

How It Works
Coaching Service
I work 1:1 with parents of infants and young children either in person in my studio in South-East London SE5, or online. Young children and babies are welcome to come along ! I hold a current DBS.
I charge between £50-£110 and ask clients to suggest what they feel they can fairly afford, based on their income. As an introductory offer you can book 5 sessions for £199 if you are a new client.
I also have a few free and low cost slots for people on benefits/low income - please inquire.
I work with clients to understand them, their child and their parenting journey. That can include challenges with regulation (calming down after stress/distress); working to understand attachment security; behavioural challenges; sleep; self-esteem; stress; setting boindaries; and sometimes just feeling stuck.
Coaching can offer science and research based stragegies for managing the many challenges of parenting, while supporting you in a warm and judgement-free way.
“When you go out into the woods, and you look at trees, you see all these different trees. And some of them are bent, and some of them are straight, and some of them are evergreens, and some of them are whatever. And you look at the tree and you allow it. You see why it is the way it is. You sort of understand that it didn’t get enough light, and so it turned that way. And you don’t get all emotional about it. You just allow it. You appreciate the tree.”
